Licensing policy

License Agreement

How activation, renewals, support coverage, and commercial limits work across TubeSoft plans.

Last updated: May 2026

Activation model

Licenses are issued for the domains or environments covered by your plan and become active after payment and successful registration.

Update eligibility

Feature releases, maintenance updates, and support access remain available while the related subscription or contract is active.

Plan boundaries

Plan limits may apply to domains, requests, seats, premium support, managed services, and custom delivery scope.

Activation and registration

You are responsible for registering the correct production domains and keeping account details current. Development or staging use must stay within the plan terms or a separate agreement.

Updates and support coverage

Active licenses include access to the release channel and the support level tied to your plan. Paused, expired, or violated subscriptions may lose eligibility for new builds, fixes, or priority responses.

Transfers and ownership changes

License transfers between related entities, sold assets, or infrastructure migrations may require review so we can protect account integrity and keep support records accurate.

Restrictions and misuse

You may not reverse engineer protected delivery systems, bypass activation controls, or redistribute software, updates, or private support materials outside the licensed organization.
