Scope of service
TubeSoft licenses cover the plan, domains, and support level shown at checkout or in your proposal.
Operator responsibility
You remain responsible for the sites, content sources, moderation standards, and local compliance obligations you run with the software.
Account standing
Access to updates, support, and hosted services depends on active billing and compliant use of the platform.
Commercial terms
Plans renew according to the billing cycle you choose. Taxes, payment processor costs, and any custom onboarding or migration work are handled separately unless a written proposal states otherwise.
License and domain use
Each license is assigned to the domains, brands, or properties covered by your plan. Resale, sublicensing, or sharing one activation across unrelated operators is not permitted without a partner or agency agreement.
Acceptable use and compliance
You may not use TubeSoft to automate unlawful distribution, infringing workflows, abusive traffic generation, credential misuse, or activity that violates platform, hosting, payment, or jurisdiction-specific rules.
Suspension and termination
We may pause updates, access, or support when invoices remain unpaid, abuse is detected, or a material breach is not cured after notice. When the agreement ends, the right to new releases and hosted services also ends.
